I had a lovely conversation this morning, and one thing that came up was the loneliness of life when one is out of touch with their purpose.

Talking about purpose can open up a whole can of worms sometimes, to say the least, because contrary to popular beliefs, purpose is not something you find. It's not something you chase or pursue.

It's something that lives in you. It's the thing that makes you come alive, makes you feel like your life has meaning and gives you deep satisfaction.

When you are living life on purpose, you don't feel alone; you don't feel stuck in a rut or like you are spinning your wheels. Instead, there is joy, vibrancy and flow to life.

You feel a deep sense of gratitude for this gift.

Are you in joy, flow and gratitude most of the time?
