Even though I have manifested my dream life – husband, family, travel, vacation home - I know what it's like to struggle with anger, shame and depression.

Years ago, those struggles consumed my life.

I didn't want to be angry and sought out professional help. But I continued to lash out. Then one day, I noticed my eyes bled after an outburst.

I knew something had to change, but I didn't know how.

There was a huge gap between the compassionate, patient and loving person I felt I was meant to be and the monster I felt inside.

I know what it's like to wake up feeling there is no way to bridge that gap - feeling stuck with no way out.

And then crying myself to sleep at night.

I felt out of control inside and was ready to end it all.

So, I know how painful it can be.

I also know what it's like to be on the other side of those feelings.

To have love, fulfillment, and dreams come true.

And to have a life where I wake up to beauty and joy, looking forward to the day ahead and the joy of creating more meaningful moments.

And I go to bed at night, expanding the possibilities and marveling at how far I can go.

The best part is I love life. And it's so far from where I used to be.

I get to do exactly what I want and experience more growth, love and opportunities every day.

And I want this kind of life for everyone!

That's why I do the work that I do. And even though some days there's a part of me that is concerned I'm sharing too much about my life's work, my deeper truth is that I care way too much about helping people end their suffering and love the life they live to let that fear stop me.

Because I know how painful it can be when you feel stuck in a cycle of anger, shame or depression and think there is no way out.
