I woke up feeling so inspired this morning!

Do you ever wake up feeling inspired? Feeling uplifted, expanded, alive?

It's a frequent occurrence for me. But it wasn't always that way.

For most of my life, I suffered from shame, depression, and anger. I played small and hid my light and gifts - my deep inner knowing - so I wouldn't be judged.

I didn't even trust my way of seeing things or my voice.

Do you trust yourself? Do you share your light, voice and unique way of seeing the world?

Because someone is waiting to hear from you.

Your story is the key that unlocks someone else's prison, opens the gates, and inspires someone to dream bigger or take action. Someone is waiting to hear your story to free themselves, forgive themselves, and find hope and healing.

Your story matters.

Deep down, there is something you know, even if you don't know how you know. But you have buried it. You have told yourself it doesn't matter. And that's part of our programming to conform and have the correct answers - the answers we have been told - and not to trust yourself. 

That's why we all postpone it. We think, "some day, someday, I will ..."

Let today be that day because there is no "someday."

Time is guaranteed to no one. Today is the only day you have.

I want you to find the courage to tell your story because the telling of that story will transform you. All your dreams, hopes and aspirations that seem so out of reach right now, they get closer when you find th courage to share your gift, ideas or unique perspective.

Your story is someone else's story, and they are waiting to hear it.
