Awakken Bath Salts - Hymalayan
The wonders of bath salts have been well known for hundreds of years. The beneficial properties can soothe the body, mind and soul.
INGREDIENTS: Himalayan Salt, Dead Sea Salt, Epson Salt
Therapeutic Foot Bath Recipe: Pamper weary feet by adding 1/2 cup of Epsom salt to a basin of warm water. Relax and soak feet for 20 minutes. If you like, rub away any calluses using a pumice stone. Dry feet, then add two drops of peppermint essential oil to your favorite natural moisturizer, like shea or coconut butter, and rub in thoroughly to lock in the moisture.
Therapeutic Bath Recipe:
Dissolve 1 cup of salt in bath. Soak for no more than 20 minutes to refresh and rejuvenate the body.
Facial Steam Recipe:
For treating respiratory ailments, asthma or bronchitis, boil 1 cup water, add salt to water, cover your head with a towel to create a “tent”, and inhale the vapors for 10-15 minutes.
Pink Himalayan Rock Salt is hand-mined and harvested from ancient salt beds, deep under the Himalayan Mountains. Rich in over 80 minerals and trace elements, some of the most notable being calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper and iron, this salt is considered to be the purest form of salt available.
