A healthy spirit, or spirituality, is an essential part of our overall health.

Spirituality is a broad concept with many different perspectives. For many it may include meditation, prayer, as well as practicing gratitude. In general, it includes a sense of connection to something bigger than ourselves. It typically involves a search for the meaning of life, or finding one's life purpose. It is a universal human experience, something that touches us all.
