Exercise is an important part of keeping a healthy body, and mind. Set time aside for a 30 minute walk around the block, cycling, running, or even dancing! If you make your routine enjoyable, you are more likely to stick to it.

We set our bicycles on trainers in the winter, and only watch TV or movies, as long as we are cycling. You can start out slowly, and build up your strength. What this does for us, is motivate us to continue moving, even in the winter, as we do enjoy watching movies!

It is good to have aspirations, but thoughts, unless turned into action, remain just thoughts, which will turn into feelings of failure if never executed.

As with all aspects in life, set goals, create a plan, and then execute it.
